Last updated: March 31, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and StoneLink LLC, a Virginia limited liability company ("StoneLink," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of ChurchFlo, our AI-powered ministry content platform available at church-flo.com (the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Description of Service

ChurchFlo is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables churches, pastors, and ministry leaders to transform sermon content into a variety of ministry resources using artificial intelligence. The Service currently includes the following AI-generated content types:

  • Sermon Slides (PowerPoint export)
  • Small Group Discussion Questions
  • Youth Lessons
  • Social Media Posts
  • Sermon Outlines

We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features of the Service at any time with or without notice, subject to the limitations described in Section 9 below.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
  • Register for an account using accurate, current, and complete information;
  • Maintain the accuracy of your account information and update it promptly if it changes;
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and not share them with any third party;
  • Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account;
  • Notify us immediately at feedback@church-flo.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

If you are registering on behalf of a church or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Free Trial and Subscription Plans

ChurchFlo offers a 14-day free trial for new accounts. No payment information is required to begin a trial. At the end of the trial period, continued access to the Service requires a paid subscription.

3.1 Billing

Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis in advance. By subscribing, you authorize StoneLink to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

3.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"), a third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. StoneLink does not store your full payment card details on its servers.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at feedback@church-flo.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period. You will retain access to the Service through the end of the period for which you have paid.

3.4 Refunds

All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as otherwise determined by StoneLink in its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of being charged at feedback@church-flo.com.

3.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. We will provide you with at least 30 days' notice of any price increase via email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Content Ownership and Licenses

4.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights in and to the sermon content, audio files, text, and any other materials you upload or submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit Your Content and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

By submitting Your Content to the Service, you grant StoneLink a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to access, store, process, and transmit Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete Your Content or close your account, subject to reasonable backup and retention periods.

4.2 Generated Content

Content generated by ChurchFlo based on Your Content ("Generated Content") is provided to you for your use. You are free to use, modify, publish, and distribute Generated Content for your ministry purposes. StoneLink does not claim ownership over Generated Content derived from Your Content.

4.3 No AI Training on Your Content

StoneLink does not use Your Content to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI or machine learning model, including those operated by third-party providers. Your sermon content is processed solely to generate the outputs you request.

4.4 ChurchFlo Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, and underlying technology, are owned by StoneLink or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service as described herein.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree that you will not:

  • Introduce any malware, viruses, or other harmful code into the Service;
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

StoneLink reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this section and to take appropriate action, including immediate account suspension or termination.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

ChurchFlo uses artificial intelligence to generate content based on the material you provide. While we strive to produce high-quality, relevant output, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outputs that do not perfectly reflect your theological perspective or intent.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all Generated Content before using it in a ministry or public-facing context. StoneLink makes no representations or warranties regarding the theological accuracy, doctrinal correctness, or appropriateness of any Generated Content for your specific ministry context.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

StoneLink will make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and operational. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. For material changes that affect paid subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days' notice where reasonably practicable. StoneLink will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may close your account and terminate these Terms at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us at feedback@church-flo.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees.

9.2 Termination by StoneLink

StoneLink may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we determine in our sole discretion that continued access poses a risk to the Service or other users.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service immediately ceases. Sections 4.4, 6, 10, 11, 12, and 13 of these Terms will survive any termination. StoneLink will retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

10. Disclaimers of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STONELINK EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

StoneLink does not warrant that: (a) the Service will meet your requirements; (b) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (c) the results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable; or (d) any errors in the Service will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STONELINK AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF STONELINK HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In no event shall StoneLink's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service exceed the greater of (a) the total amounts paid by you to StoneLink in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StoneLink and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of or access to the Service; (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the other party in writing and allowing 30 days to resolve the matter.

Waiver. Failure by StoneLink to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. StoneLink may freely assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Force Majeure. StoneLink shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet service disruptions.
